Oshwal High school are the newLisle Shaw inter-schools champions with a total nett score of 203, 11 shots ahead of St Mary’s school and winning the trophy for the first time.

Premier, Nairobi Academy and Hillcrest were the other schoolswho participated. Made up of M Merali, R Shah, G Soin and C Parmar, the scores were 69, 64, 80 and 70 respectively.

St Mary’s School were runners-up on 214 nett.The individual gross score winner was the Boys champion,Bhavnish Chandaria on 73 gross , playing off scratch.

The Lisle Shaw trophy was firstplayed for in 1953 donated by thefamily of the late Mr Lisle Shaw, chairman of the Union that year and a member of Royal Nairobi, the venue for the trophy since inception.
