GUIDANCE FOR CLUBS ON THE OFFICIAL FIXTURE LIST AND APPROVED OPEN EVENTS

1. Clubs should note that Fixtures shown in the Official Fixture List are regarded as Official KLGU Fixtures. Clubs must avoid staging their own Open, Invitation or Major Club Sponsored Events on these dates.
2. The KLGU Lady Chairman or her representative will automatically attend Official KLGU Fixtures and an invitation to her to attend, whilst being welcome is not mandatory.
3. Fixtures shown in the Approved Open Events are not regarded as Official KLGU Fixtures. However, if Clubs wish'the Lady Chairman to attend these events, then an invitation should be extended.
